Funds have disappeared and no trace of the transfer to new card

I had my old Choices card replaced by a new card (choices) and funds were manually transferred to the new card. But there are no trace other than the support ticket that the transfer was made. According to your support there is an issue with transfers getting stuck currently. But there is no record of the manual transfer on my account and the only proof I have of the transfer is an email from your customer support. In my account it looks like the funds was never there. I am seriously worried that my funds have disappeared...
