Blocked account with no reason, disabled live chat, no replies from support team

This platform is a complete disaster.

My account got blocked without any reason a week ago when I received a payment. Afterwards, I used live chat to ask for explanation regarding my issue, and the support guy couldn't provide me any answer. He just said I should wait for an e-mail response from Payoneer. I dont know if these guys work together and if they are synchronized at all.

I opened two tickets, and after some time they close saying they're resolved but I never get an answer, nor my account opens.

I'm done with this unresponsibility, with my money getting stuck with no reason when I really need them. At least I deserve an explanation, otherwise Payoneer deserves a lawsuit process.

Additionally, Live Chat is never available for me since my first communication via Live Chat. I think they have disabled Live Chat only for me, as other accounts' live chat is available to them.

I deserve all rights to proceed this issue in front of the court.

Go on with your irresponsibility, keep ignoring me. :)

    The same exact thing happend to me this week same number of tickets same with balance with live chat everything
