I can see that I have a Bank of American bank account, does it mean I can receive money

Hello,
I can see that I have a Bank of America account associated with my Payoneer account. Does that mean that people can deposit money into my BOA account and I'll surely receive it on my Payoneer card?
It is just a question of curiosity.
