Hello,
Payoneer does not allow AUD currency conversion into USD.
Can a forum member please explain why? This is a basic function with all other platforms of this type.
I call Payoneer to have my AUD balance converted to USD but they say they will not and do not give me a time when they will.

Hi @pabloloveschess The service is currently available for three currencies only as it is a new feature. If it becomes available in the future, you will be updated via email!
The AUD currency was released by Payoneer but without crucial features. Myself and clients have received AUD currency with Payoneer , now it is unavailable for use with your pre-paid card and cannot be converted to any other currency.
Payout companies have ceased payments to the Payoneer AUD account until this limitation is resolved.
Hi @pabloloveschess for now this is correct, there is no possibility to exchange the currency into another, however, to access your earnings, you can order a card and withdraw to your bank account!
