I was not home to receive my card

First of all, I know I should contact support directly. However, from a while ago, every time I try to log in to contact support in any possible way, I keep receiving this "There has been an error with your request" message.

My question is, if I was not home to receive the card, do they drop it at a post office? I am currently located in Argentina. I would really appreciate if someone from support could contact me.
