How can I restore my account?

Few days ago I logged into my account after such a long time and the options to make a payment has been removed. I mailed support and this is their reply.

"Thank you for contacting us. My name is Warren from Payoneer Customer Care.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but due to certain activities and changes made to your Payoneer account, some advanced services like have been disabled for your account.

Your Payoneer card and account funding sources are still enabled and you can continue receiving payments, however we will no longer be able to provide you with these advanced services.

    Thanks Dan, but before I can send money from my account but now no more. Of course I'm frustrated as I don't even understand why it was limited so to say, does this mean I can only utilize the card to withdraw only now?
