Payment under review

Two of my colleagues received a pay from our employer. However, their fund stays "Under Review" for 10 days and still under that status until now. I was worried because our employer has sent my pay yesterday and it's in "Under Review" too. I could end up with my funds hanging on the internet! I've been using Payoneer for more than 2 years already and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. I've sent my IDs and necessary documents to them last month as they have requested it. Contacted chat support and they assure me that it would only take 1-2 days. I'm crossing my fingers that it's true. Because if not, payoneer is paying people who are not doing their job checking the funds well.

I have more than one week with with a "payment under review", my client send the ID the same day that payoneer ask for this but this continue without any response and in the same status "under review".
I opened tickets for support but they marks this "resolved", ignoring me and without get me a answer. So what happened?, why mark a ticket how "resolved" without any response from your part.
I try to contact to Payoneer but I did not receive any answer...and I continue with my payment "under review" without any explication. I don't know what I need to do for receive support, any response to me, not answer from part of payoneer. I'm totally Ignored. I'm desperate with payoneer.0 -
Today, is one day more without any response / help of Payoneer. Directly they do not answer.
I sent several messages and contacting but they not say nothing, is like they doesn't exists.
This is the worst service that I used in my life, very frustrating and I need my money, I live of my work.0 -
Another new day without response. They continue "closing the ticket" lice resolved, but they not provide me any answers...Payoneer only ignore. Very frustated experience, I have 3-4 years working with payoneer and is very frustated.0
