Payment Request

Hi Team, there is no "request payment" alternative on my account dashboard? On your video I see the request button. But on my account there is no request button. I see a banner an the corner for request a payment but its not working.And today I realized that the minimum amount of money demanded was USD 50. Our services are mostly under USD 50. Do not you want to work with small freelancers like us anymore?

    As far I remember payoneer send me a form(some details of your service ) before requesting payment. BTW my minimum is 20.

    I have always been able to request a payment but suddenly today am no longer able to. When I go online to chat to ask why, they say it is because of terms and conditions, but no one can tell what term and condition has not been met and why suddenly it has changed. I received no notification or message, just happened. This is totally ridiculous because how can I not be notified and how can they not know WHY

    I am surprised that the service we received earlier was terminated without a notice. You left me in a difficult situation with the customer.     this just happened to us...put us in a bad situation as everything was fine and then all of a sudden the payment department decided we couldn't make payment requests anymore even though we aren't in preach of any terms or conditions or on their list.

    I just filled up the merchant form to do request payment but it seems it dont go thru. I am also a freelancer and i dont have a direct site. I work from upwork but client wanted to pay thru payoneer. How can I submit the merchant form. Please help.
