Can't login after inactivity

Hi, I opened my Payoneer account in 2012 and got everything approved. The last time I logged in was in 2015. Due to some personal issues, I didn't login because I had no need for the account. Now, when I try to login using my username and password, it says wrong login details. I know I have the right details because I've saved it in my notes. I tried using the forgot password link but never received any email. Does this mean that my account has closed and cannot be used anymore? I've contacted the customer care using email but I need help urgently. I really need to know whether I'll be able to use my account since I need to receive an important payment in a couple of days. Please help.
