My old card funds not transferred to my new card now three days

Hello all.My old card funds not transferred to my new card now three days. Contact the customer support center, but still no reply, they send auto replies, what I do now?, anyone has the same issue?

    Hello @Cristale_Payoneer I don't no just received the new card, I never request a card. when I log into payoneer I seen my old card canceled, then I activate new card, still funds in old card

    The new card was issued because we are currently is in the process of changing issuing banks, meaning that you have to use the funds on your old card and that they won't be transferred to the new one. However, your future payments will be sent to the new one.
