What does "No Available Payment Methods/Options" mean, exactly?

I have two payment requests outstanding- payable by a client who has paid previous requests without any sort of problem or impediment.

Now however, I notice on these requests that the payer (my client) has no payment options available to him. What does this mean exactly, and how would Payoneer know my client has no options available, seeing that this client has paid me via payment requests before?

Does anyone, including Payoneer staff/forum moderators have any though on this?

    Hi there! Can you please explain what do you mean? because if your client was able to pay you in the past, the option should still be available. If the Billing Service is available on your account then, we advise your client to delete the cookies or change the browser and make sure to use a computer and not a cell phone to complete the payment request. Please let us know if that resolve the issue.
