i sent a photo on email to payonneer with a paper that contain my last 3 month activity with all info about my bank details , and i get a replay that the information its not Identical with the information that i provided when i registered , so when i try to change my bank details or when i try to delete my bank details to add new one i get that msg : "You cannot delete this bank account because it is currently under review.
Try again once bank account is approved "

so what i can do ?

    Hi @ibrahim_kiwan Did the email you received requests the information that you do need to provide? Because, generally when an email is sent to let you know the document is not valid, then it also explains what needs to be submitted instead.
