payoneer account and card issue

Hi,
I have an issue with my payoneer account.
I sent request to deliver card many times but I yet not recieved my card.
Now I want to get my card via DHL. For this I sent email them but they only sent me auto reply with reference number.
As DHL required some amount for card delivery so I asked my friend to send me the payment and it is again and again declining. I am a freelancer and stuck with this.
Also my live chat option is disabled.
Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @mtahir08 the card is a mean by which you can access your payments, you basically can only use the card if you have received a payment but we understand that you asked your friend to make you a transfer to use DHL. Just so you know that you also have the option to transfer the funds to your bank account and that is the default option on your account by which you can access your payment.
