My card is blocked!

Hi anyone faced this problem ?

I'm a hardworking freelancer. I only recieve payments from Upwork and Fiverr. I never send or receive money from any outside peoples. My income is 100% legal.
Recently i made a withdrawal from Upwork. They wanted some documents and i uploaded.

After some hours later my card is blocked without any notice. I contacted Customer Support team several times. Everytime they say same thing:

"Our system shows that your account is currently undergoing an internal review, and unfortunately I am unable to access your account information in order to assist you with your inquiry.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, and assure you that we will notify you via e-mail once the review has been completed."

Can anyone help me about this. Its already been 3 days still no email from them.
