Not able to login, keeps saying Restricted (After Password Reset Link)

I created my ID a year and half back and after recieving the Payoneer card i havent had much booking from AIr BNB so the card was not used, the card has amount in it , but unable to withdraw money.

Things would have been much easier, if the -- LIVE CHAT OPTION -- would have been given to all without asking for Login Page

What would i do if am not able to login, AND CANT USE chat option, where will i stand, making an international call and waiting on every hold not worth it

Please let me know on below things

** How to reset my password
** Give access to my email id and i dont understand why does it say RESTRICTED, when not a single transaction has happened, theres money in the card.
