very upset against clixsence and payoneer

hello
one week to have my payonner account and clixsence finally sending my money.

but now i can't convert USD in EUR

"At this time, we don’t support transferring to a balance whose currency is the same as your local currency."

so payoneer is totaly useless
i plan to close both clixsense and payoneer account

    According to the regulations and limitations of use of the "Manage Currencies" service, it is, unfortunately, not possible to move balance to a currency that matches the currency of your billing country.
