payments blocked

Hello to everybody
i received a couple of payments from a customer but because the account was not ready yet, the payments have been blocked.
once updated the account i see Always this two payments pending, and nobody is answering about.
do you know how to solve this?
i need this money as soon is possible i can't wait more,
nobody from support is answering

    They said:
    “we sent the payments, now is a Payoneer problem”
    Usually after 3 days the payments rejected are sent back but they said is not possible.
    The customer is Riv, i’m Doing webcam girl.

    Hi that means you will block any payments from this customer?

    once updated the account i see Always the payments pending,i asked the airbnb support and they advise me to ask for payonner and nobody is answering about.
