Bank Account Approval Issue

Hi,
I tried linking my Bank Account to Payoneer account for withdrawals on 13th and it has been more than 7 days now and the account is saying it's pending review while at first it said it would take 2 to 3 business days for approval. The message in my payoneer account says,
"Status: Action required
We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review."
But unfortunately I have got no email from Payoneer as yet regarding what information to provide.
Now, I don't know what to do?
And this is my Customer ID : 12382714
