Payoneer to BPI

Please help. In my Payoneer account, it already showed that transaction was completed and have this ID:84192719. I tried to check my ATM and saw nothing. It's been 6 days since I requested to withdraw the funds, now that it is ready to withdraw, I can not seem to find the money I transferred. Please educate me. I BADLY NEEDED THE MONEY. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I NEED TO WAIT?!

    Hi Issa, ask ko lang kung na fix ba ng payoneer ang problem mo?
    ganyan din nangyari sakin kahapon. takot ako baka hindi dumating sa BPI account ko

    HI there @Issa_Maria . It sounds like what you are experiencing is a hold on the funds. This hold is called a pre-authorization. A pre-authorization is a common occurrence with card transactions. Merchants will put the funds required for a purchase into a pending transaction. They do this to verify that there are adequate funds to make the transaction in question. Unfortunately, whether or not the transaction is approved the hold remains until it expires. The typical expiration time is 7-10 business days.

    Same here. After a week of wait to receive the payment i need another week or so to withdraw it?

    Hi there @Edward1121 The reason it took 5 days to load your payment is because it is an Echeck payment and this is the standard loading time for Echecks.
