"Request Pending" status taking almost 30 days

1 month ago I have sent my client a payment request with a 1 week deadline, but he immediately paid it in full.

However, the payment request status still says "Request Pending". It's already been 25 days and the status has not changed.

This is not the first time this happened. It occured at least 3 times before. Same client, more or less the same amount paid ($800-$1000). Each time it happened, the approval time became longer and longer, until it got to this point where it's been 25 days and still the status says "request pending".

What is the problem with Payoneer these days? I thought the more I receive payments the faster the payments will go through? But the exact opposite has happened: The more I receive payments the slower and slower it gets approved.

The first time I used Payoneer to receive payments it wasn't like this. Things got approved pretty fast, around 3-5 business days.

What's worse, I keep contacting Payoneer support center and they NEVER reply. NEVER.

Sure. This is my customer ID: 24288566

And these are the request IDs for the payment requests I sent which still say "Request Pending"

    Request ID: 2655964
    Request ID: 2698477

My client said he already paid them. Unless of course he was lying, or had some other trouble I don't know about. I'll have to check on him if either of these is the case. I will update this post once he gives an answer.

Thanks for replying promptly to this thread.
