Hey, for over two years my account has been blocked. I tried many times but couldn't reopen it. I work on Fiverr & it's really important to me to reopen. I'm almost frustrated but still has hope that Payoneer will help me open my account. Please let me know how can I regain my account. Thank you :)

    Our team needs an image that shows that you have a pending payment from PopAds (as you have a PopAds account). Once this image is provided, your account will be reopened.
