"Urgent: upload your passport to get paid"

A week or so ago I got an e-mail that I need to verify my identity (dunno why when I already did that year or so ago when opening the account) by uploading a passport or a drivers license or a national ID. I went with National ID as I don't have the other two.

Few days later:
"At Payoneer, keeping our network secure and your funds protected are always our top priorities.

As part of our efforts, we recently sent you an email requesting a copy of your passport*, in order to verify your identity.

Unfortunately, you have not responded to our request yet. Please note that if we do not receive a copy of your passport by August 7, 2018, any payments you receive following this date will not be processed.

Simply scan your passport and click below to use our secure document uploader. "

NOT RESPONDED?!
Whatever, this time I've sent a message to the support staff with scans of my National ID card attached.

Maybe now it'll work...

WHOOPS! NOPE! Got no reply to that and instead today I get this:

Let me be absolutely clear:
I DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT!
I AM NOT GOING TO GET ONE JUST FOR THIS!
And I ain't gonna learn driving to get a drivers license just for this either.

I've sent you scans of my national ID card. So WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?!
Even the global payment service page says that I did indeed submit proof of my identity:

Yet I keep getting e-mails that I need to do something I've done multiple times...
(BTW, I'm from Serbia. Could that be an issue now?)

Sorry for sounding so tense, but it's mind boggling that all of sudden there's an issue. I don't even receive all that much money via Payoneer for goodness sake.

    Hello @Dan_Payoneer ,My funds have been released by my creditor but has not been processed by Payoneer because i didn't upload my documents on time which I have now uploaded 2 days ago (drivers license) but still my funds hasn't been released and I need it BADLY 🙏😢. Please I'd love for you to please look into it.

    Hello @Dan_Payoneer please I've already uploaded my drivers license and passport and I also answered a questionnaire which was 3 days ago buy still haven't received my funds.

    Hello @Dan_Payoneer ...Pls help me look into my case..I've received payments for two weeks now..provided additional informations and scanned the documents to response email but still didn't get an update..I'd like to know what's really going on as the payments pending is nor really good for business. I provide freelance services and I'm also a Google merchant and like to get paid via Google pay so I used payoneer to consolidate these funds and they are now being held up.. I sadly can't pay this month's bill and it's becoming a bigger problem for me.. I love payoneer service and I recommend it a lot but this event is really frustrating for me. I would appreciate any help you can offer as I'm hanging on a line here suport must have alot on their hands because it's not really supportive
