404 Error while clicking to Upload Documents for funds protection

Hello Payoneer Team / Community!
I need a help: I am facing an issue when I click to UPLOAD DOCUMENTS button from an email sent by Payoneer. It's giving me an error of 404.
I have no passport to upload but I have National ID card but unfortunately, the page is giving me an error. Please resolve the issue so that I can upload the National ID card.
