I tried to set up an account as long as a week ago. Three days later, I was asked via email for the name which my personal account is named under.

I reply and then four days later I receive the exact same email from Payoneer - but it still doesn't help me find out what is wrong.

I have tried the live chat but it is never on and I am getting frustrated with Payoneer.

I need to receive an international payment and it is being delayed. I may have to look at alternative companies as the support on Payoneer is so poor!

Please could anyone help? Payoneer says it should be my full name used for the Personal account?
