Hello ,
what's wrong with payoneer cards ?
why we can't use them in turkey istanbul ?? , is there any restrictions on payoneer usage in turkey ?

    yes I have money in it and it's not working in ATM nor in STORES !!!

    ok I will but before I would like to know if there is any restriction on payoneer usage in turkey like paypal which was suspended several months ago
