My card has been blocked for over a week with no answer from support.

As the title says, over a week ago I contacted support because my account had been hacked, and some payments had been made without my consent.
Support then blocked my account, and after a day refunded the money.

The problem is that my account is still blocked, I have no idea for how long, and the support staff keeps setting my ticket as "Resolved" without giving me an answer.

I've also contacted the phone support, but they claim this is handled by the email support team.

So, I have no one else to contact, I have no answers and no way to access my money (which I need to make some payments).

Is there anything that can be done? Why is it that support simply closes my case without even an answer?
