my payments not transferring ?

hello to the payoneer community, i have a serious problem my payments are withhold in my payoneer account and its not transferring to my bank account, few days before they send me an email to send my bank statement i have send that but my payments is not transferring to my bank account even i cant see my bank account that i have linked before when opening a payoneer account and theres no option to add a new bank account.I have talked with payoneer customer support on a live chat and they said it will take upto 3 days but its not working till now. what you suggest i should do with that i have to take payments from my clients but my usd currency global payment option is denied.
Suggest me something that can help.
