The hackers hack.. and customer care doesn't care?

My account was hacked to, on August 23. You sent me an email telling my my data had been changed. Immediately I told you that I hadn't been me, that it was hacked... then you told me to call you. I explained I can't place an international phone call at the moment in my country (Venezuela). From then on... it was just nothing and the costumer "care" not caring. On August 25, you send me a mail asking me if I had used the money.. I said literally "noooo, I have told you in 3 different inquiries that my account was hacked" And as for today... 5 days later... I haven't got a real answer or help, or care from you. I find ridiculous that you can't use the chat if you can't log in... guess what? I cant log in because my account was hacked and I really need to communicate with you. So, Now I have no money, nobody answers me and I don't have a way to get the money I earn working hard. I have all the e-mails an inquiries... I'll write them down here if necessary. I have talk to a guy Name Yoel. I have begged for his attention. I'm desperate. You need better measures to take care of this kind of situations. I even have the mail with the link that is making people fall for the hack. Tell me what can I do now? Is my money lost? Is my account lost? What should I do? (Besides making a phone call I can't afford and it's close to impossible for me to make) do you need photos holding my ID and my card? Do you want videos? Do you want proof of things I have bought with the card? I could do all that if somebody paid attention to me.

    My other account got hacked yesterday, and calling the shitty customer care
    is a stupid waste of time, i had my bank account connected there, and also

    have about 108$ when i
    reached the chat customer care, they told me why you are not using that
    account to call us? REALLY? what morons!! IT IS A F HACKED! ARE YOU STUPID
    OR SOMETHING? how can i log in while it is hacked? I have provided them
    with the secret question they have asked me, which is totally i know what
    it is, and also asked me about my birthdate, both were birthdates of me and
    my father, which i absolutely know them, and yet they told me it is wrong,
    WTF? WHAT WAS WRONG? don't i know my birthdate or my father's birthdate??
    i know it and i never miss-typed it, that is why it is a secret question
    which we all know it is a sensitive thing to be very careful when filling
    it. and after all the customer care told me that i need to regain access to
    my account to be able to contact them there" REALLY? FOR REAL? if i ever
    gained access to my account i won't be even mentioning or calling you for
    this issue or even doing it after, i don't know what is wrong with you? do
    you really know what you are saying? do you think that there is a sane
    person saying this and never figure out that it is a stupid and lack of
    understanding or having something weird in his brain, how can we trust or
    even have a logical conversation with so called customer service when they
    tell you something stupid like this?

    When the "hacker" whether if he was from outside this platform or from
    payoneer itself, i think they might be the ones who takes your accounts for
    some reason and i'm not afraid of saying it and i don't care any more,
    there should be a 2 step verification, to secure our accounts, which is
    any website do to secure their customers accounts, which they don't seem
    like it here, Me as an Amazon Associate member.. i think it will be great

    if Payoneer being honest and not a scam if they want to enhance their
    security system is to do either the 2 step verification or other security
    stuff based on the way of any payoneer member information and the source he
    is getting paid from, the way they get their money paid by, to improve more
    legibility to the members, i have also asked them to send the hacker to his
    email and to his phone by a message or a call the hacker through his
    contacts that been added to my account instead of my email and phone
    number.. what is my Amazon affiliate ID links? that is the killing
    question, because payoneer if they don't have it, they can ask amazon
    affiliate customer service to provide them with it which i already know
    what it is and what they are, this what they really should do, why this
    site doesn't have it though? because it is obvious, i'm not the only one
    who got his account hacked here, sadly also noticed others have, this
    happens from time to time i've been keeping reading about payoneer from
    time to another as an internet technician.. and there are a lot get their
    account stolen in a way or another in here, i never exposed my information
    to any one, i never even get outside my room or even the house from years,
    even though i'm always aware of hackers methods and always keep up to date
    with news and their new ways, because i'm online and computer and internet
    technician.

    The payoneer customer care and the technicians strategy is very week and
    lousy, they are way way back to be at least can call them advanced in
    security methods in their system, when you call them on contact page they
    respond to you after hours a long hours, and when they do, they respond to
    you with an answer that has nothing at all to do with your question! and
    when you reply to that message they never reply back, all you have to do is
    to go back to their contact page on their landing page and make another
    request for the same question telling them your problem again and again and
    again like what happened to me before my account got hacked.

    Payoneer service sucks and lack of a lot of things, they might be either
    lack of experience and knowledge and hire or employee a cheap income
    persons who lack of dealing with such serious issues, weak, uneducated,
    fooling you and maybe stealing your money, now you can delete this post,
    though i'm going to publish this on my blog which i never been a blogger
    before or even made any blog, but i have a huge base of followers on my
    facebook pages that literally gathers over 800,000+ active fans, there i
    will post this when i'm done blogging it, i think this is the time to
    expose such lousy service if not thieves. and my advice to you.. never lean
    or trust this service at all. for 2 obvious reasons, lousy customer
    service, and your accounts could be compromised any time without hackers,
    it is an internal thing inside payoneer itself.
    Finally i'm not sorry because of your stupidity and lack of security

    enhancement and the stupidity of yur customer care lack of experience, also

    not sorry for the "bad" or F words i have cussed, because it is our money

    and it is very hard making money online for many of the people, to be just

    gone like that because you don't have a proper privacy and security to give

    to your members on your platform.
    and it is your duty to do more, better, sufficient, and change your lousy

    customer care employees who has no idea what they are talking about!

    Really very bad system of security ... I have been hacked 2 times ... and they don't even able to make two way security system
