closed account forever

Hello. In June, i opened an account with Payoneer, confirmed everything, tied the account to PayPal, ordered Payoneer card, tied the Privatbank card to USD. I started receiving payments on PayPal, there was a hold of money for 21 days, after which I transferred to my account. On Tuesday 28.08 in the morning, I went to my account and saw my accounts blocked. Wrote in support, they said that it is standard check, and lasts up to 4 days. On day 4, in the morning, I go in, wrote in support, they answered that my account was blocked by the Security Department's decision and I can not unlock it anymore. Unlocked only the card where there was money, but payments can not be received anymore.
Tell me please, can someone of you come across such a problem? How to solve it. Thank you. The account was up to $ 1000 no more.
