"There has been an error with your request" support Error!!!!

Please, Help!!! I just can not access the support site, there is always a white screen with this error message after login...

"There has been an error with your request"

My payment has been pending since the 30th. I sent a message to you without being logged in and was answered:

"Dear xxxx,
You may have recently received an email asking you to provide us additional information. Please ignore this email as it was sent to you by mistake.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us"

but you can only respond to this message if you log in to the site.... guess what: I can not !!!

You sent me 4-5 additional information requests, replied that it was a mistake, but my money is still pending and I just do not get support !!!! help me!!!!!

    I have the same problem...I have been awaiting approval for my payments for two weeks nowith and I filled out additional informations and sent screenshots UrLs and all pls I'd like assistance with payment approval support is always out of reach..I gues's they have a lot on there hands

    Payoneer is really a bitch !
    i also found the same thing,
    they delayed my payment and told me to contact the support center.

    but I can't access the support center as you explained above.

    I even contacted Payoneer using another Payoneer account, but they were always looking for reasons and the answer was always spinning and this also happened since September 13!

    the advice I use stop using this Payoneer service again, This company is really a bastard and cannot be trusted.
