I can no longer send payment requests

I have this pending review for "Merchant application form" on my account since last Monday when I tried to request a payment.

The message first mentioned "4 business days" with the past date of 23 August (wrong date?). Now the message says "5 business days".

I need to make a payment request for a client. When should I expect this option to be available again?

    Hi,

    I checked my account today and noticed the option finally came back (I wasn't informed by email, through). I was able to send a payment request successfully.

    Not sure if you have anything to do with it, but thanks anyway.

    Hi Dbs, do you work as a freelancer? I am new in payoneer and I am filling up the merchant form but have difficulty in submitting it. I dont have personal, only from Payoneer.
