USD balance can't load into my activated Payoneer Credit Card

I received fund from my freelance client directly without payment request on 31st August 2018 but up to now, the fund doesn't reflect/load into my activated card. Even I submit my Government issue ID card & whenever I go to REQUEST PAYMENT, this alert shows me "We received your information and will review it within 5 business days. We’ll email you when done". My Payoneer email is [email protected]
