Manage currencies not working when user has card provided by payoneer

I am trying to transfer from USD to Euro but it gives me an error. Why couldn't I transfer my own money, when I have a card provided by payoneer and not even by any other third party.
This is so lame.

    every time i;m trying to manage currencies usd to eur it say's Something went wrong. Try again. so can i get help

    Hi @yanroel . Sometimes this happens when one of the involved balances is not active on your account yet. I would advise you to check and make sure your USD and EUR accounts are both active for use. You can also contact out Customer support team directly for more help with this.

    Hi, I'm new here in the forum and payoneer. I would like to know if I can have problem sending money from skril to my payoneer card, then my skrill account is euro and my pre paid card is dollar?

    Hi @wagner . Sending EUR from Skrill would require that the destination also be in the EUR currency. So you would not be able to send the funds to a USD prepaid card. You should however be able to send it to a EUR prepaid card, or balance that is on your account.
