I received a 110$ payment but i can't use it since my identity isn't verified yet!

Hello,

14 days ago, on August 30th 2018, i have a received a 110$ payment, since then Payoneer asked me to provide a government-issued photo ID in order to verify my identity, and in order to be able to request a card (i guess, since it still shows the 30$ error).

So i have provided an image of my national card ID (Tunisian), and received a confirmation email that my documents are under review (Reference number: 180830-008091), then on September 1st, i have attempted to link a canadian bank account, so i got a response from the "Payonner Approval Departement" asking me to provide a government-issued photo ID, having already did that, i simply waited for the last request to be approved.

After not receiving any response in the next 6 days, i have once again re-submitted my national card ID on September 6th, and i have once again received a confirmation email (refernce number: 180906-011072), but until today, none of my requests were approved, so i can't withdraw any money to my bank account, and i can't request a MasterCard as it still shows that i need to have at least 30$, even though i clearly have 110$, i really am in need to use that money, but i couldn't do anything for the last 12 days.

Can anyone provide more info (Customer ID: 27299063) ?

    Hello, thank you for responding to my complaint.

    No, i do not currently reside in Canada, but i'm planning to move there soon, also the bank account confirmation is the least prioritary request, i'd like to be able to request a payonner's mastercard in order to use my money online.

    Hello again, no, i am still unable to order a card because of this error "You will be able to order a card once you have received 30 USD or the equivalent", i tried sharing a screenshot but it got rejected.

    I am sorry to bump this topic again, but even after 12 days, i am still unable to order a Payoneer's card, any solution ? (Customer ID is 27299063).

    Hello, thank you for your response, yes i was able to withdraw money to my bank account, but the card order option is still unavailable, if Payoneer requires additional information to be submitted, please let me know and i will provide all the necessary documents.

    Hello, yes your explanation makes perfect sense, my payment came from an ad network (Appodeal), and it was issued directly from a bank (Wells Fargo Banking), does this sort of payment accumulate for eligibility ?
