Hello Guys, I have not received a payoneer card yet and the payoneer support are not good ?

Hello Everyone,
I am located in Nepal. I had ordered a card on July 9th and suppose to get the card by august but its already September and i have not received any cards.
I tried to contact the support team through message and live chat but i have not got any replies from message and my live chat always got cancelled. Except i get their email asking if i have received my card or not. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED! they does not want to hear me.
Its very frustrating because in my country i cannot make any international transaction with my credit or debit card. Payoneer helps because i get my funds working as a freelancer.
I wanted to receive my card through DHL, so i would talk to the support center about it yet they cancel my chat request.
How do i get to them ? Is their support really this bad or perhaps i am the only one facing this issue?
Is Payoneer a good choice ?
