Can't connect to Customer Chat. Got this message: There has been an error with your request

I just can not access the support site. Having in screen this message: error message after login...

"There has been an error with your request"

Tried different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Opera) Tried from phone. Deleted cookies. Tried incognito mode in Chrome. Still, no result.
Can Payoneer Team help me with this issue?

    This problem started after I received funds from Paypal account. Got email from Payoneer with requirements of additional information to proceed. Uploaded Paypal and Ebay account information I have. Did that in September 12. After uploading, wanted to contact Customer center and suddenly can't connnect - white screen - "There has been an error with your request". Tried from different PC's, same thing. It's been 6 days now and no one reviewed documents I uploaded. When this will be sorted? I using Payonner for near year and this is first time when I have complications. Please, sort this out!
