why is there a problem "There has been an error with your request" when contacting the support center. and this has been terrible since 2 days ago. I have to withdraw funds and for that I have to contact the support center. My customer ID is 25533769

    I am having a very related problem. I couldn't contact the support, all I got is "There has been an error with your request."

    until now I can't contact the support center. can this company really be trusted?
