Paypal Removes by global payment service bank account each time I add it

Hi I have been using paypal since few years now recently I came across an issue that when i add global payment service bank account to my paypal first I received bank reverSAL EMAIL FROM paypal and next email Bank account has been removed
I followed support guy instructions and added my Payonner card with balance in it and verified steps as well
But happened again even after adding my card to it
