Why Has My New Payoneer Card Not Arrived As Yet?

I was told my new Payoneer card would arrive on the 15th of August.
The 15 of September has already gone by and still no card.
What is going on with my new Payoneer card?
Why has it not arrived as yet?
Yes I already contacted Payoneer Support about this issue.
All I got back was a generic answer to reorder the card again.
However when I click the reorder card button, it knocks me out of my account.
I have already done this 3 times.
Each time I am getting knocked out of my account and told to logged back in.
Can someone at Payoneer please look into this issue for me?
