My payoneer is under review since its third week?

Hi sir /Mam i did not recieve any email from payoneer and my payoneer is still under review as its third week i sign up. I have attached my husbands local account witb it. because i don't have my own local account? kindly help me with this. I have to receive payment from client. please help.
