How do I know if my account was reviewed and approved?

Hello,
How do I know the status of my account. I created an account days ago, and want to know what's the status of my account, i.e was it reviewed ? was it approved?
The live chat never worked for me.
It's so dubious that you don't interact with your clients and give them your attention. It makes me wonder if someday I had a conflict with Payoneer, or if my account had a problem and I couldn't have my money, how would I contact you ? All you say is "sorry" when I try live chat.
And by email, you don't even read it, the robot (software) answers me (automated answers).
If you know the answer to my question (go back to first line), I appreciate it.

    Okay, I have received an email that notifies me of approval.
    However, I still think that there's a communication problem with Payoneer administration.

    Yes, please. I have a question :
    I work for a company, which gives me a referral link to Payoneer, which I must use this link to create a Payoneer account to get paid on.
    However, I already have a Payoneer account, so what to do please ?
    Can Payoneer solve this problem for me, or I will have to delete this account and create a new one using my company's referral link ??
