I was sent an ACH transfer but didn't receive anything

I'm angry right now.

I was sent a payment by a US company to my Payoneer account since 3 days ago and I'm yet to receive the money in my account.

Today I got a message that I need to send some details over like:


Any further relevant information that may help us understand your line of work. Please include any links, screenshots and/or examples that will show us the service(s) you offer.
In order to prevent any further delay in the processing of this payment or any future payments, we would appreciate it if you could, please, provide the requested information as soon as possible.

And I don't know why I have to provide these details even though this account has been for several years and I receive money from a US company (Amazon) every month.

I really need this money urgently to pay my bills but it doesn't seem like payoneer want to help issues.

    Thank you for the reply. I really, really need the fund for my new business that is just sitting.

    Here is the Customer ID: 2043776 and Reference Number: 180923-009644

    The company that sent the fund just contacted me that they can reverse it since I am suppose to have gotten it on the 21st. And they gave me today as deadline.

    So right now, I am in limbo. Pls help.

    Hi Dan, thank you for replying.

    What I don't understand is, why does it take so long to put the money into my account after it's approved? It's not like the money wasn't sent or my account can't receive it.

    Pls is there a way they can just speed this up? I'm almost choking here. I need the fund!
