Why i'm facing this error currently the service does not support the selected payment route?

I'm facing this error on every asian country payment request when I am trying to send payment request to my client.

    Hello,

    I am getting the same error while I am requesting a payment
    "Currently the service does not support the selected payment route"

    Can you please tell me how did you solve it?

    Unfortunately, it doesn't work. After I have entered the payer details I got that error.

    My ID National Card is approved and my bank account as well.
    I have not received any e-mail to provide extra information.

    FYI: I have withdrawn money from my PeoplePerHour account. I mean that I can receive money, but I can not request any payment.

    I need it to be fixed as soon as possible. I'm waiting to receive money for two projects and I am not able too.
