Mobile App Not Working

I cant seem to get the mobile app to do anything it just refers me right back to the website. Is this normal?

    I opened my Payoneer account recently and downloaded the mobile app. when I wanted to sign in, it said my username or password was wrong - which wasn't. After few tries, it said ,my account is locked for 30 mins. Another thing, when I tried to reset my password just to move forward, it showed an email address to which my new password reset link was sent to, AND IT WASN'T MY EMAIL ID, rather some hotmail ID whereas mine is yahoo.

    whats the issue here?

    @Old_Monk It happened for security reasons generally when one of the verification details used to reset the password is incorrect. You should directly contact the support in order to resolve that issue, also, we recommend to not use a cellphone to reset the password but rather a computer
