Password does not reset

It all started with the fact that I just can not enter the newly created payoneer account, writes that the alleged password is not correct. Although it was generated by the browser and saved, so the error on this part is excluded.
Well. If i try to reset the password, the message to the mail simply does NOT come. Attempts have been from all different devices and browsers, the letter does not come.
Judging by the number of such messages on the forum, this problem is sooo ooold and no one has solved it yet. The technical support is silent on this matter.

    Dear @Ro1and we understand that you were not able to reset your password, according to what you've described, we first recommend you to delete the cookies and try again. You may also change the browser if needed.
