We need additional information to proceed

I got this email just now:

We’re doing a routine check on your account to ensure that your payments are always secure and delivered on time.

During the check, we stopped the automatic flow of funds from your account to your card. You can still use your funds already on your card to make purchases, withdraw funds from ATMs and withdraw funds directly from your Payoneer account to your local bank.


What does this mean? I've uploaded my government ID twice already in the past. I don't have a passport so I just uploaded my TIN ID. The only other ID I have is my voter's ID.

I have no intention of getting passport any time soon. The process is quite tedious, and a little expensive. So those two are the only identifying documents I have. Can you please verify me?

    Sorry I think I misread this. So there's no problem with withdrawing to my bank account? Because I don't care about having a card. I've ordered one and it wasn't delivered. So I think I'll just stick to bank account withdrawal.

    If you the copy of the ID you provided was not accepted, then the quality is probably insufficient or the back side maybe missing.

    @Cristale_Payoneer It already says "submitted." I hope it's enough and I don't have to give additional documents anymore?
