I haven't Received the Card , please help me

Hello everybody,

I'm new user , I did not receive the card since 3 months , The first arrival time was
between 18 Dec 2012 and 25 Dec 2012 on regular mail, but i still not received my card
then i ordered it again at 4/1/2013 and my second card is estimated to arrive between 01 Feb 2013 and 08 Feb 2013. but i still not received my card

 

I'm from egypt


My username on payoneer is : [email protected]

I want to know what to do now

    I am sorry to hear that you have not received your card. 
    Unfortunately, before we can send you another card, you will need to
    receive a payment to your account, via either of the following options:



    1) If you are working with another company that offers payment via
    Payoneer, you can link your Payoneer account to your account with that
    company and receive a payment.  To link your Payoneer account to a new
    partner:



    1. Sign in to your online account with the partner/company
    2. Select Payoneer as your payment method.  You will be directed to an online application page
    3. Click "Already applied for a Payoneer account? Click Here!" and
      enter your Payoneer account information (you may leave the card number
      field blank)


    If you do not see the option to link to an already existing Payoneer
    account, please reply this message with the name of the partner/company
    and we will be more than happy to assist you.



    2) According to our records you were invited to apply for the US
    payment service in an email sent to you. This service allows you to
    receive US ACH transfers from select corporations, directly to your
    Payoneer account.  Once you reply to the invitation e-mail and are
    approved for the US Payment Service, we will be able to send you  a new
    card.



    3) Alternately, you can request to have
    your new card shipped with DHL for a service fee of $60. If you choose
    to receive your card with DHL, please load sufficient funds onto your
    account through the "Load money to card" page on www.Payoneer.com.



    Once you’ve completed either of the steps listed above, please reply
    to this message and we will be more than happy to assist you.

    You will need to follow the instructions mentioned in the email, or reply to the e-mail with any questions. Our customer support team will be able to assist you in getting a card.
