Hi Payoneer Team, I am 5+ years old Payoneer Customer.

I ordered my new card on 5th Sep (Ticket Reference Number: 180905-009974), and opted for $40 shipping fee for DHL. I was told I will receive my card and Tracking number within 10 business days. More than 29 days have been passed, I've not received the card neither the DHL Tracking Number.

My card that I am currently using was expired on 30th September. My business is Suffering very badly. I can't charge my Customers. Can you please check it and issue me a new card?
