Connecting to my Amazon account 'existing bank account can not be verified'

Please help me. When I enter my bank account number in Amazon.ca '' Unable to verify existing bank account details. Please provide the correct information and submit again. '' I get the error. What am I supposed to do? Live support does not open. show a way. :'( :'(

    Hi there,

    Have you provided a statement of your Payoneer account to Amazon support? These may be the reason. You can request this statement from your 'My account' in your Payoneer account.

    Yeah, I got it. Despite this, I get this error.

    The best would be to rule out the possibility that this is a technical issue, for that you need to delete the cookies or to change the browser. You also have to make sure you are entering the correct details and if that still doesn't resolve the issue, you have to provide the support with a screenshot showing the error message and the details you are entering.
