Payoneer Card can't be issued out yet I have more than the amount required to order for it.

Hullo, I need help. It's now two months, since I joined Payoneer and I've not been able to access my money. First and foremost my minimum bank withdrawal amount is USD 1,000, which is way above what I make in a month. I contacted Payoneer customer service, requesting them to lower my minimum withdrawal limit, but to no avail- Up until now, no one has responded to my email. I decided to go for the Prepaid card, and lo and behold, all the areas are greyed out. I received an email after contacting Payoneer again, stating that the amount I have cannot be counted as a minimum balance until I receive money from one of their Mass global companies. I think this is unfair. Really unfair and frustrating. Not every body is going to work or is working with one of the companies on the Payoneer Global Mass payment list. I left PayPal because it was a pain. Can someone from Payoneer help me out? Anybody??? It's now two months of going back and forth, and not being able to have access to my funds. Looking forward to receiving help.

According to internal policies and consideration some services do not count toward the requirement to enable the option to order a card. Are you supposed to start receiving payments from companies or via the Global Payment Service? We would also like to know what is your line of business please.

Thanks Cristale. Okay. This is what I know. I don't have the "request for payment" option on my account. I only have Receive via Global Payment Service option. The company I work for, however, has got an account with Payoneer. Right now, they send me payments using my email address because I'm not able to request for payment from them directly through my Payoneer account as explained above. As for my line of business, I am a General Transcriptionist, just starting out.

Right now, I only receive payment from one company, that is, GoTranscript.com. I don't work for any other company. Most of the transcription companies pay via PayPal.

Yes, you can directly receive payments from GoTranscript.com to your Payoneer account, you have to Link GoTranscript.com from their website to your account with Payoneer and once done, you can simply verify with them how to initiate a payment.

How do I link GoTranscript.com to my Payoneer account? There's no provision for me to do this on GoTranscript.com. When I asked them about it, I was simply told to log in to my Payoneer account and request for payment. But I do not have the 'Request for Payment' option on my Payoneer account, so how do I get this done? Waiting to hear from you. Winnie

Is it a US based company? in what currency are you supposed to get paid?

  • WynWyn Posts: 11Member ✭✭
The company is located in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK and we are paid in USD.

Hi Cristale, I'm still waiting to hear from you on how I can integrate GoTranscript.com to my Payoneer account.

Getting paid in USD using the Global Payment Service is possible only if the company is located America, do you have the possibility to receive the funds in GBP? what is the currency they are offering to pay with.

They are only offering to pay with USD. However, if I have the "Request for payment" button activated on my account, can't I be able to add them on that way? Because, actually, they told me that for payment I should request for it directly from my Payoneer account, but this has not been possible, because I do not have this option activated on my account. Please help.

Hullo Cristale, I've not heard from you yet. How is Payoneer willing to help me resolve this issue? Please help me so that am able to at least start having access to my money. Please. Waiting to hear from you.

Okay. Maybe let me just ask you this. Can Payoneer please add the "Request for Payment" option to my account so that I can add GoTranscript.com to my account, and in this way be able to get money from them directly?

    Is it a wire transfer?

  • WynWyn Posts: 11Member ✭✭
No. They pay me using my email. So it's as if I'm receiving e-wallet payments, and yet, if Payoneer adds the "Request for Payment" feature on my account, I believe I would be able to request for payment directly from GoTranscript from my payoneer account. That is why, I am asking, if Payoneer can't lower my bank withdrawal minimum, can they at least add this feature? Otherwise it may take me probably a year or so, just to get USD 1,000 on my account, before I can ever withdraw. I get USD 100 from this company a month. Just do the math sincerely. You will understand my dilemma. Waiting to hear from you.

You cannot be paid via email, you can receive payments via credit card, eCheck, The global Payment Service (ACH, SEPA etc...) or from a company we work with in partnership. You should directly contact the support center in order for a representative to locate your account and advise more personally because it is difficult for us to tell you what are your options without seeing your account in that specific case.

Ok. I have totally not understood your response.

What i advise is to directly contact our support center and a representative will verify your details and advise accordingly because it is really difficult, in that case, to advise without looking at your account.
